NON UK DELIVERY.

Spend up to £10 and postage is just £8.00 for International Signed For Delivery.

Spend between £10 and £20 and postage is just £10.00 for International Signed For Delivery.

Spend between £20 and £40 and postage is just £13.00 for International Signed For Delivery.

Spend between £40 and £60 and postage is just £16.00 for International Signed For Delivery.

Spend between £60 and £100 and postage is just £22.00 for International Signed For Delivery.

UK Delivery is by FIRST CLASS Royal Mail Delivery up to weight restrictions and then by STANDARD PARCEL POST up to the weight restrictions. After that it is shipped by a Courier Company.

NON UK Delivery is by INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR Delivery up to weight restrictions and then by a Courier Company.

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We use a credit card processing gateway which is 128 bit encrypted. We therefore do not store any details on our server

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will give a full refund, only if it is returned to us in unused new condition. This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons. Goods must be unopened and unused. However please email us prior to returning, in order to obtain a returns number.Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Any refund will be minus the cost of credit card transaction fees and postage costs, we do not pay for return postage to us, and we recommend recorded signed for delivery as we are not responsible for lost items via postage. Similarly we cannot be held responsible for non delivered orders due to incorrect post code or address details. If you cancel your order before dispatch then 10% will be kept for credit card transaction fees and re stocking and handling fees.

Sales Taxes / Import or Customs Tax: Astral Moon is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within certain states in the United States. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes / customs taxes on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. We are a small family run business and are not registered for VAT, so are unable to give a VAT deducted price for VAT exempt regions or companies or individuals. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
